Hard Time for employee’s – in the Time of Recession?
Every day we are reading in a newspaper about the job losses in the companies.
People are keep on talking about the recession that how long it will be because of the recession the new entrance are not getting jobs in the market even the people who are working as an employee’s they are unsecured about their jobs. Many of the companies were closed down because suddenly cash has evaporated from the market.
It’s really a very big problem in front of the employee’s that what to do if they want to feel secure in the market. Every employee is thinking that today is the last day of his job or may be tomorrow there are many questions in every employee mind like:-
- I need to feel secure in terms of job security in the market.
- I need to pay EMIs.
- How I am going to run my family if I loss my job.
- I have to work for my sustained. etc
Following are some points for employee’s that how to survive in the market during this recession (these are not the only solution for employee’s to survive there are many but these are few of them)
Some basic step which employee’s should do during recession:-
- Always be on time in the office never being late any day and don’t take frequent leaves.
- Have a look on your job description again and ensure that what ever the job will be assign to an employee’s they have to deliver on time.
- Always be engaged with any activity in the organization and try to show your productivity.
- Work harder for your company.
- If in any work which required extra time to complete in the company don’t resist.
Some basic step which employee’s should not do during recession:-
- Do not complain about your work or for any other purpose.
- Your boss is always right and every time.
- Never ask for promotion at this point of time.
- No need to ask for salary hike
- Do not ask for too much vacation.
- Be ready for travel and transfer for job purpose.
- Never ever think about the job change in this market during this recession period it’s too dangerous and risky.
Above all the points marked as stronger are true for those corporates who really facing work and money crisis in this time of recession. But some of the companies and organization misuse this time of employees and their securities explained before. They make the employees morale down and very depressive too. In this situation employee enable to work perfectly and finally company fired them for that reason. So I feel to say that, DON’T DO THAT PLEASE…!
For employee, I like to suggest them,
Progress has little to do with the speed, But much to do with DIRECTION. So always concentrate on your direction, not on the speed.
